All persons staying at any ArdPark Cabins, LLC facility agree and understand, by implied
consent, that they are doing so at their own risk and consequence.

ArdPark Cabins, LLC, including but not limited to, its registered agents, directors, members,
heirs, successors and assigns are not responsibile for any illness, injury, loss of revenue or
income, pain and suffering, emotional distress or loss of life or limb sustained by any person(s)
that may occur as a result of said person(s) traveling to or from ArdPark Cabins, LLC's
property, using ArdPark Cabins, LLC's land, occupying ArdPark Cabins, LLC's facilities or
using any ArdPark Cabins, LLC's furnishings or amenities provided to them. By implied
consent, all persons agree to indemnify and hold harmless ArdPark Cabins, LLC, its registered
agents, directors, members, heirs, successors and assigns from any liability whatsoever related
to any illness, injury, loss of revenue or income, pain and suffering, emotional distress or loss
of life or limb associated in any way with ArdPark Cabins, LLC.
