Emergency medical assistance is quite far from ArdPark and your safety is our first concern.
And, our insurance standards prohibit ATV and dirt bike use by our guests on our land.

If you do bring your ATV or dirt bike to ArdPark for riding elsewhere, we do ask that you
please keep them off of the grass. If damage is caused to the yard, you risk forfeiting your
security deposit. We also reserve the right to charge your credit card an additional amount
equal to the cost of any repairs necessitated by damage made by your ATV, dirt bike, or other
off road vehicle.

Whether you are an enthusiast or a casual rider, we understand that it is enjoyable to ride
dirt bikes, ATVs and other off road vehicles, but...

ArdPark assumes no responsibility for theft, loss or damage of any ATV or motorcycle that our guests may bring
with them for riding elsewhere. You are strongly encouraged to secure your valuable possessions.

We further assume no responsibility or liability for bodily injury or accidents of any kind associated with guests'
ATVs, dirt bikes or other off road vehicles.
