The uniqueness doesn't stop yet though! Directly off the property are more than 1,000 acres of infrequently traveled Mark Twain National Forest. ArdPark guests can covet a piece of this little known slice of heaven while reaping some benefit of their tax dollars. Beautiful trails abound for leisurely walks, horseback riding or mountain biking, the wildlife and wildflowers are abundant and there's a cave to hunt for too. The All American and The Pines are invisible from each, just one-tenth of a mile apart, with a short foot trail through the woods in between them. These facilities make a unique rental combination for large groups, small retreats or family reunions and, a multi-rental discount is offered. Guests can compliment their cabin stay with private river access and a 200 foot gravel bar by adding day passes for the Courtois Cabana campground to their reservation. First come, first served. Your pets are welcome at our cabins and campground and, there are no leash requirements for your dogs! We personally clean and maintain our properties, inside and out. One time complimentary maid service is offered to guests staying 14 or more consecutive nights. Guests visiting 13 or less nights can arrange maid service, if desired, for an additional fee when making their reservations. The All American is open yearly from April 1 through November 30. |

The All American is named for its red, white and blue exterior. This cabin is a newly remodeled 1982 Skyline 14 x 70 house trailer situated on 5 luxurious private acres. Guests can closely admire our native hummingbirds as they hover around the Rose of Sharon bushes outside the kitchen bay window. The spacious yard lends plenty of room for outdoor activities or a portable horse corral. Up to 10 (possibly 11) guests will find exquisite comfort in this cabin that boasts 3 private bedrooms and a large living room complete with a queen sofa sleeper and a long regular couch. The master bedroom also includes a twin folding bed and a twin rollaway sleeper. Guests will enjoy the breakfast bar and full kitchen with seating for 10, full bath, central air conditioning, screened porch and so much more, all listed below. Special amenities at this cabin include an 11x32 outdoor horse pen, a pavilion, bags of ice for sale on site and a small target shooting area. This is a true paradise with no neighboring campers, residences or businesses in site. Quite simply, you are free to do what you want, when you want, how you want. Of course we must impose some policies but our restrictions are few and no one will bother you here! |
