A regular job schedule, sporadic travel between home and ArdPark, cabin cleaning and
maintenance and campground work often prevent me from personally answering your phone
calls. Please leave a message if you get the answering machine. I make every effort to return
voice messages the day they are received.

If you call and do not reach me or the answering machine, there is a thunderstorm at ArdPark
and we have either lost power or voluntarily unplugged the phone. Lightening has killed our
telephone and caused some fright in the past so now we play it safe. We will appreciate you
trying to please call back in a few hours.

Email is currently just sporadically retrievable in Steelville so it could be a few days before I
am able to reply to your emails if we are away from our home office. We are working to get the
kinks ironed out of the new laptop! In any event, you should receive an automated reply
indicating when we will be able to respond.

Please be assured that I will respond to your emails
and calls as soon as I possibly can and, know with
confidence that reservation requests are always
processed in the order received.
